The Anise restaurant was recently named "the best restaurant in West Sussex" by Eating Out Magazine. The 2 AA Rosette restaurant serves unique dishes that give a true flavour of the West End. Decorated in black, cream and grey with subtle lighting the Anise is a stunning place to eat and particularly recommended for those who enjoy fine cuisine and gourmet foods. The Anise is open for lunch from 12:00 – 14:30 and for dinner between 18:00 – 22:00.

Only limited bar, restaurant and leisure facilities are available over Christmas and New Year. (No services from 23-26 Dec). The hotel are not able to fit cots into a standard room, anyone with a child must book a triple room. Please also note children over the age of 14 are considered an adult. Please note that the Inter Terminal Transit System (Monorail) has closed to passengers. A new track will reopen on the 28th April 2010, and the second in July 2010. A replacement bus service will run from the North Terminal forecourt to the South Terminal forecourt within this period.
