Transfers operate on a 24 hour basis, every 15 minutes between 5:35 and 23:35 (both terminals) by hotel coach, taking 5-10 minutes. Then every half hour from midnight to 5:30. For a service from the airport go to the coach hotel pick up point. Please use the phone outside these hours. Transfers are charged at £3.00 each way and £1.50 for children (under 5s travel free).

Exit the M23 at junction 9 and follow signs for Gatwick airport. At first roundabout go straight on. At next roundabout take exit signposted A23 Redhill. At next roundabout turn left and take the third left hand turn into the hotel.

Restaurant Details
The Pavillion restaurant is open for breakfast between 6:30am and 11am (Monday to Friday). On Saturday and Sunday breakfast is available from 7am. Dinner is available in the Pavillion between 5:30pm and 10:30pm. L'Olivo is the "pizza and pasta place" for families, with freshly cooked stone baked pizzas fresh from the pizza oven and steaming pasta dishes. L'Olivo is open from Monday to Saturday between 6pm and 10pm.
Room Service
Room service is available 24 hours a day, breakfast is served from 6am until 10:30am, the all day menu from 11am until 11pm and the night menu from 11pm to 6am.

Parking Packages

Special terms: Rate includes Car parking with Meteor Parking. Your car needs to be registered with Meteor and any additional days will be charged on your return at £10 per day. This can be paid directly to Meteor. You will be required to leave your car keys at the Meteor Reception for the duration of the parking you have reserved. Your vehicle may be moved to a secure off site location by Meteor. Failure to register your car prior to leaving the hotel will result in a £20.00 per day charge on your return. There is no free overnight parking at the hotel. Please also note that your parking must commence from the date you stay in the hotel, therefore parking prior to stay is not permitted.
