Room only customers using the hotel car park will be charged £5 for overnight parking. Hotel has a strict no smoking policy in bedrooms and public areas. An area outside with tables and chairs for guests who wish to smoke. Please note the hotel was formerly called The Ramada Plaza Gatwick. Please note that the Inter Terminal Transit System (Monorail) has closed to passengers. A new track will reopen on the 28th April 2010, and the second in July 2010. A replacement bus service will run from the North Terminal forecourt to the South Terminal forecourt within this period.
