Parking Package (Secured Parking):
On arrival at the hotel you check-in, fill out a car registration form and hand in your car keys. Whilst you are away your car will be transferred to a secure car park called Purple Parking. The instructions given to you on arrival at the hotel will direct you to take the Purple Parking transfer bus direct from the Airport on return from Holiday. Purple parking offer FREE transfers from all Terminals, 24 hours a day and it takes 15 -30 minutes to reach the car park depending on traffic conditions.

Parking is on-site at the hotel for up to 15 days. After the 15 days, parking at the hotel costs £8 per day which should be paid direct to the hotel. Customers are asked to hand in their car keys to the hotel on check in.

Transfers from airport: By Heathrow Hoppa, 05.30 from the hotel through to last departure from the airport at 21.40. Services operate to terminals 1, 2 and 3 every 30 minutes during peak times. Journey time to airport is around 10 minutes. However please note journey from airport to hotel varies according to the the time of day and bus schedule can can take up to 30 minutes. Hoppa tickets are sold at the terminals and at the hotel for £3 per person one way and £5 per person return (children under 5 free, 1 child 5-15 free with each adult). For travel to/from Terminal 4 customers take the Hotel Hoppa to/from Terminals 1, 2 and 3 and use the Heathrow Express train, which runs approximately 05.00 - 23.45, between Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4, free of charge, every 15 minutes, taking around 7 minutes. Timings and prices subject to change.
