Dinner is served from 6.30pm to 9.30pm every evening. Dinner can be added to your overnight stay. Lunch is served from noon to 2pm in the Brasserie restaurant. Choose from a two or three-course set menu or the a la carte menu. The menu is ever changing, but the time and care that goes into the food doesn't. How about grilled goat's cheese to start, followed by fresh fish, homemade chips and mushy peas and the Hallmark Hotel's chocolate dessert - a chocoholic's paradise. This is just one example, you'll struggle to choose from the large selection - we did. Anyone wanting a light snack? You've not been forgotten. You'll find a snack menu in the Lounge Bar served from 10am to 9.30pm. Unfortunately the lush decor and accessories aren't on the menu, so you'll have to choose from the baguettes, sandwiches and side orders instead. For a great start to the morning, why not include a breakfast box to your booking. Just £6.50 per box and inside you'll find a carton of juice, a Danish pastry or muffin, breakfast bar and a piece of fruit.

Directions
From the north: M60 junction 3 ring road South, signposted to Wilmslow and Cheadle A34. Follow the A34 over a series of roundabouts, and turn right at the roundabout signposted Stanley Green B5094. This is Stanley Road. The Hallmark Hotel Manchester is approximately 1 mile on the left. From the south: M6 junction 19 follow signs for the M56 Manchester airport. Continue on the M56 and take junction 5 Manchester airport (follow terminals 1 and 3). At the main roundabout follow the signs for Cheadle. Turn left at the first set of traffic lights (petrol station on the right); turn right at the next set onto Finney Lane. This is Heald Green Village. Continue straight on to third set of lights (Griffin pub will be on the right hand side) and turn right. Continue for approximately 1 mile. Turn left at the fourth set of lights and the Hallmark Hotel Manchester is on the right hand side.
